Welcome to Bologna Food Experience. This project is an initiative of DoppioQuarto, a communication and food marketing agency based in Bologna. For ten years, we have passionately promoted Italian food and wine through specialized magazines, digital marketing strategies, food and wine communication courses, and other activities based on a mix of traditional and emerging techniques, such as artificial intelligence.
With Bologna Food Experience (hereinafter BFE), we aimed to create a website to facilitate food and wine tourism in Bologna and its surroundings. Our tours, led by certified, multilingual local guides, take food lovers to the best venues offering authentic Bologna and Emilia-Romagna cuisine, featuring tastings of fresh pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar of Modena, Parma ham and much more.
Our goal is to make you feel welcomed and pampered, as if you were in the company of friends, sharing convivial moments while learning about the city and its culinary traditions. We offer “experiences” for individuals or small groups. Furthermore, if you have specific requirements, we can customize your tour according to your wishes.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
The terms and conditions set forth below apply to all services and activities provided by BFE. Please read them carefully: by purchasing one or more BFE services, you declare that you have reviewed the conditions and accept them as binding. Failure to accept our regulations prevents participation in the proposed experiences.
By purchasing an experience, you declare and guarantee that the information provided during the process is true, current, and complete. You also declare that you are at least 13 years of age to use this website. BFE does not intentionally collect information from persons under the age of 13.
Your personal data will be acquired exclusively for commercial purposes related to the tour and will not be used for other reasons or transferred to third parties.

Personal Purchase or Gift
It is possible to purchase a food experience for yourself or as a gift for others. In the latter case, at the time of purchase, you will be asked to provide the name, surname, and email address of the recipient. They will receive all instructions for participation via email, along with a personal message from you if desired.
Cancellation Policy
It is possible to cancel a purchased experience and obtain a full refund of the amount paid, net of any non-refundable transaction fees, provided that the cancellation is communicated in writing up to 48 hours prior to the start of the activity. In the event that the cancellation is communicated after this deadline, that is within 48 hours prior to the start of the activity, no refund will be granted.
The cancellation notice shall be deemed valid only if submitted through the official channels indicated on the website www.foodexperiencebologna.com.
While every effort is made to avoid cancelling experiences, BFE reserves the right to cancel the activity due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, public health emergencies, government orders, public disturbances, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the organizer’s control) or in the event that the minimum number of participants required is not reached.
BFE undertakes to notify any cancellation of the activity as soon as possible and, except in cases of force majeure, no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Intolerances, Allergies, or Other Requirements
Bologna Food Experience è molto attenta a garantire la salute e la soddisfazione dei food lover che partecipano alle nostre attività. In caso di allergie o intolleranze, ma anche qualora si segua un’alimentazione vegetariana o vegana, è necessario segnalarlo in anticipo in modo da organizzare al meglio le degustazioni e soddisfare tutto il gruppo: in mancanza di tale informazione preventiva, BFE non si ritiene responsabile per menù non adatti alle specifiche esigenze.
BFE carefully selects its partner venues and host businesses. As part of the evaluation process, it takes into account the quality of the food served, the suitability of the facilities, and the ability to provide a warm and professional welcome.
Should any service issues arise that are attributable to the host venue and not to BFE, we apologize in advance and kindly ask that no negative review be directed at us. We would appreciate it if customers report any issues encountered, either in person or via email, and we will do our best to ensure a positive overall experience with our organization.
